Parental Consent Form and Minor Release required for ALL minors in pit area
If you plan to bring anyone under the age of 18 into the pit area please read this carefully and plan accordingly.
To save time at the track you may fill out the attached parental consent form with BOTH parents present and return the completed, NOTARIZED form to the track on race day.

The parental consent form must be signed with BOTH parents' approval and NOTARIZED if completed at another location separate of Arrowhead Speedway and not in the presence of an Arrowhead Speedway employee.
Approval from BOTH parents is still required if the parental consent form is completed at Arrowhead Speedway as well.
