Delayed construction schedule forces reset of opening night to May 12th, practice May 5th

Wet weather conditions throughout the offseason coupled with unforseen construction challenges have delayed opening night at Arrowhead Speedway to Friday May 12th, 2023 tentatively, with a practice scheduled for May 5th, 2023. All events scheduled to be held prior to May 5th have been canceled. 

"We want to make sure the fans' and drivers' experience at Arrowhead is maximized," stated track owner, Willie Gammill. "Forcing any event before the facility is ready just won't allow for that." 

The May 12th opener will be the first round of the Arrowhead Championship Series driven by America's Car-Mart featuring Yeoman Race Engines USRA Modifieds, USRA Stock Cars, AmeriFlex USRA B-Mods and USRA Tuners. "Meet The Driver" nights scheduled for the AmeriFlex USRA B-Mods and USRA Stock Cars will be July 21st and July 28th, respectively, during their "Scorchin' Summer Shootout" events. The "Meet The USRA Tuners Night" will be scheduled for a later date TBD.
